On behalf of our client, we’re looking for a relationship-driven professional to join the team as a

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

a great next step for someone who values meaningful client relationships and wants to see the impact of their work every day.

Key areas where You’ll lead and grow:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, while also identifying and approaching potential new clients — with support from the team and ready-to-use tools.
  • Drive brand visibility through in-store activities, promotions, and smart product placement that matches both strategy and local needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners (e.g. distributors, merchandisers) to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Follow market trends and consumer behavior to spot new opportunities and keep our sales approach sharp and relevant.
  • Support planning and reporting by contributing to forecasts, sharing insights, and helping the team make data-based decisions.

You’ll thrive in this role if:

  • A degree in business, marketing or a related field that supports your KAM career.
  • Experience in Key Account or Category Management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Fluent Latvian and English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
  • A valid driving licence and readiness to travel within the Baltics when needed.

  • Remuneration: starting from €1800 (final offer depends on experience) + quarterly bonus based on performance.
